Shipping
We have shipping available nationwide. Please note that normally delivery is 2-3 working days and that we have been advised to expect delays of up to 5-7 working days. The Flat Shipping rates are as follow:
- Wellington $10
- Rest of New Zealand $15
Click and Collect
We are now offering Click and Collect option for your purchases during our Alert Level 2 opening hours which is 10am to 6pm everyday.
Our store address is Level 1 - 66 Dixon Street, Wellington, New Zealand.
Step 1: Order online and select "Pick up in store".
Step 2: Wait for email saying the order is Awaiting Pick Up.
Step 3: If you require Contactless Click and Collect call us when you arrive at the store on 04 384 8308 and quote your order number. We will bring your items to the Pick Up area at the bottom of the stairs.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
